Chicago my kind of town
I flew in on Tuesday , two trains and a bus later I was hanging out with my boys down at Family Tattoo. Nothing better than seeing hardcore kids now adults and making things happen. We’ve been raging non stop and last nights comedy show at The Liars Club was next level, it was packed, people had a blast and Herb who owns it is a KISS maniac like I am plus an old school head so the DJ had AF, Adolescents, Minor Threat etc jamming all night.
My buddy Ted from SD came out and the night was a blur from there. From all accounts my set was good lol from what I remember I think it was good, I love when abortion jokes lay there in a punk rock bar because half the girls there have actually had one or a couple.
I’ve met 2 punk rock cops which is a mindfuck especially when one pulls over blocks a lane of traffic just to bullshit and hang out.
I love this town.
Bill Smiles is moving to ATX and it’s going to change Texas for the better!
The only downside was getting big leagued by some mid range comic here in Chicago, I just assumed maybe he was just socially awkward or that we walked into his room before the doors popped because my dudes do whatever they want in this town, but come to find out, the dudes just an asshole.
It’s a small world kids you never know who knows people and who’s who but you’re always being watched.
An update? Sure why not.
Sorry I’ve lagged on this, but to be honest you should see how my website feels. Thats why I cant have kids, I’ll pay a bunch of attention in the beginning and something else will come along and pay more attention to that and the next thing you know I’m on Nancy Grace defending the actions of my school shooting daughter.
